Community Action Council of Howard County (CAC) is seeking a Development Specialist to advance fundraising and community engagement. You will manage donor portfolios, help execute annual fund and major gift campaigns, and support events and communications. You will collaborate with the Director of Development and CAC stakeholders to grow philanthropic support and raise the organization's public profile.
