Your nights will involve close collaboration with the nursing team to support respiratory needs for patients with conditions including pulmonary disease, cardiac issues, neurologic disorders, spinal cord injuries, post-surgical recovery, and other complex diagnoses common in rehabilitation settings. You will prioritize safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EMR. Education of patients and families on respiratory therapies, equipment use, and home-care strategies as they prepare for discharge is an important part of the role, helping ensure continuity of care beyond the facility. Patient ratios and workload are structured to allow for thorough respiratory management and individualized attention.
