- Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions, agreements, and filings.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate governance documents with regulatory agencies.
- Maintain and organize corporate records and legal documentation.
- Coordinate and manage transactions, including due diligence and closing processes.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support the legal team.
- Assist with compliance matters and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the legal department's operations.
The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
- Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in managing transactions and supporting due diligence processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct legal research and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
