Restaurant Supervisor

Overview The Restaurant Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and supervising the restaurant & banquet team. S/He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Supervisor will work with the F&B Director and the Banquet Manager to ensure maximum efficiency. Responsibilities Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the F&B Depts. Train, coach, and assist associates in the F&B operations. Monitor performance and recommend corrective action. Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues. Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures. Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events. Promote teamwork and quality service. Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage, and service other F&B departments. Requirements: Primarily a mix of PM and AM shifts. Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent education.
