Shift & Pay Compensation: $36.50 total per hour ($31.50 base + $5.00 Weekend Warrior pay) + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr. Sign-On bonus up to $3,000. Available shift(s): 3/13s, Friday - Sunday, start time - 6:00 PM EST, 1 hotel / overnight Saturday into Sunday every other week, Weekend Warrior shift. Local Routes with 1 hotel / overnight Saturday into Sunday every other week. No freight to move. Depot location: 16 Esquire Rd, North Billerica, MA 01862. Moving later in 2026 to: 600 Griffin Brook Drive, Methuen, Massachusetts. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs. Responsibilities Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil. Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs. Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service. Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement. Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.). Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience. Bilingual. Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting. Driving Record Expectations Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations. Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph. Drug & Alcohol Compliance This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. A positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants, including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law.
