Manufacturing Associate, Cell & Gene Therapy 

 
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Manufacturing Associate, Cell & Gene Therapy for a 6-month contract position in the San Francisco Bay Area. Pay Rate: 

$38-40/hour

 

Schedule:

Night Shift: 7:00pm to 7:30am Sun-Tues (e/o Wed) OR Thurs-Sat (e/o Wed)

 

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute routine laboratory and manufacturing operations in compliance with standard procedures and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate across teams to provide feedback, assist with documentation, validation, and process improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors in Science or related field.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience in a GMP environment.
