Field Marketing Manager

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Field Marketing Manager for a newly created, high-visibility role supporting the Eastern U.S. This is an opportunity to build the field marketing playbook, influence regional strategy, and partner directly with sales, branch leadership, and corporate marketing to drive measurable business growth.



Role: Field Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, Eastern US only

Travel: 50% travel

Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually bonus



What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that increase customer engagement and revenue.
• Partner with sales and branch leaders to drive product adoption, campaigns, events, and market expansion.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing investments.
• Build strong relationships across field teams, supplier partners, and corporate stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 7 years of field, regional, or channel marketing experience.
• Background in multi-location distribution, wholesale, retail, or branch-based organizations.
• Experience influencing without direct authority and partnering closely with sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with omnichannel and e-commerce exposure.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the Eastern Region.
