Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations • Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability • Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow • Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance • Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience Qualifications: • Prior experience in general or operations management • Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations • Preferred: Holds a degree in Business, Management, or a related field • Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity • The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000
