Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and treatment preferences using standardized assessment tools and telehealth formulations.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and desired outcomes, considering their cultural, social, and emotional backgrounds.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic approaches tailored to specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate and confidential records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment coordination.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, team meetings, and supervision sessions to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in mental health care.

As a Mental Health Counselor with Inner Peace Clinical Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
