This position offers a completely remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, primarily working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate meaningful progress for clients throughout their treatment journey.

• Lead support and psychoeducational groups, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from others.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that takes a holistic approach to mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, helping patients to navigate mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate patients on mental health issues, ensuring they understand their conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation following legal and ethical guidelines to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to stay current with evolving practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families struggling with various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
