About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People, Culture & Equity Officer (CPCE) to lead its people function and JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) strategies. The CPCE will be responsible for fostering a culture that is unified, welcoming, anti-racist, and inclusive, in line with the organization's core values. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's mission and strategic direction are supported by a strong, diverse, and equitable workforce. The successful candidate will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws, and lead the organization through change with a focus on JEDI principles. Applicants for the CPCE position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' HR and/or people-leadership experience, with at least five years at the executive level in a large organization. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in enterprise JEDI strategy, anti-racism work, and culture change, and the ability to influence senior leaders and integrate equity into organizational systems. Experience in a unionized environment and with building equity-centered accountability systems is essential. The CPCE will be a strategic partner across the organization, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability to advance the company's mission and long-term sustainability.
