JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties at Service Center Conway – Southeast. The position involves assisting front‑office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information; providing accurate and timely payroll and HR‑related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates; maintaining Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable accounts and cash‑handling procedures to company standards; and delivering a world‑class customer experience by ensuring the center’s consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
