ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) Job Title: ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) Job Type: Independent Practice Opportunity About the Position We are seeking physicians who want to practice independently while receiving structured operational support for the non‑clinical business functions of their own practice. Physicians will own and operate their own practice entity. MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing (with MedCBO support). Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Physician‑directed relocation and market selection, subject to licensure requirements. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary. Results depend on specialty scope, services offered, payer mix, physician activity, and local market conditions. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
