Construction Estimator (Residential Remodeling – Bathrooms & Interiors)

Pay: $60,000–$80,000 base salary + performance bonuses
Top performers earn $70K–$90K+ annually

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and play a key role in winning new projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential construction who understands how projects are built, priced, and sold—and wants their performance to directly impact their income.

What You’ll Do

• Review project scopes, plans, and specifications
• Perform takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates
• Prepare clear, professional proposals for clients
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
• Collaborate with ownership and project managers on budgets and schedules
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Support the sales process during pre-construction

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in residential construction, remodeling, or estimating (required)
• Strong understanding of how residential projects are built
• Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
• Experience with estimating, project coordination, or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and/or estimating software
• Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
