The Maintenance Facility Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and overall

functionality of three distribution facilities. This role manages building operations, coordinates inspections, and daily repair and maintenance tasks to ensure all properties remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee structural maintenance of three facilities, including entryways, walkways, dock doors, heating

systems, lighting, and electrical panels.

• Perform routine and weekly maintenance tasks (e.g., forklift battery water distribution, sprinkler drum

drainage, drainage to air compressor).

• Complete minor plumbing and general facility repairs; assemble and relocate furniture as needed.

• Coordinate fire sprinkler and fire extinguisher inspections and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain exterior grounds and oversee dumpster and waste services.

• Coordinate and manage outside vendors and contractors as directed by the Dir. Of Operations.

 

Qualifications

• 5+years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.

• Ability to manage multiple facilities and prioritize workload effectively.

• Valid driver's license is required.
