Implementation Coordinator

We are currently seeking a full-time Implementation Coordinator for our West Jordan, UT office. The Implementation Coordinator is a key member of our Implementation team, working closely with Project Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Field Engineers, and all other departments to ensure a smooth transition and seamless execution of projects. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support the successful deployment of our solutions. The Implementation Coordinator will facilitate coordination between internal teams, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Duties include Collaborate with Project Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Field Engineers, and all other departments to support implementation timelines and deliverables. Coordinate logistics and resource allocation with Project Managers to determine fulfillment and installation schedules. Gather and organize necessary project documentation from internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project progression. Maintain consistent phone and email communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies. Process invoicing for completed services using SAP. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in project coordination, implementation, or a related role preferred (1-2 years). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; SAP By Design experience preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
