Registered Nurse Assignment, LTAC (Days +Nights)

Registered Nurse Position

Registered Nurse needed for an LTAC facility near Malta, Montana. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment with a flexible rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians and therapists.
• Provide wound care and monitor healing progress.
• Document patient data accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and shift demands.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in LTAC or LTC settings.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Active RN license in Montana or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, with block scheduling flexibility.

Preferred Skills:

• ACLS certification.
• Wound Care certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Prior travel or hospital-based experience in acute care or LTAC.
