Equipment Rental Specialist

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. Responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative serves as the company’s front line of contact with customers, responsible for: Understanding customer equipment needs Negotiating and placing rental orders Providing professional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times Performing administrative duties to support sales activities Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license required Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred Strong customer service and telephone skills Solid computer and administrative skills Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more Working indoors or outdoors as required by the job Equal Opportunity Statement Sunbelt Rentals is an Equal Opportunity Employer — Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran and any other protected class.
