ABOUT THE ROLE

Amaze Cultivation is hiring a Security / Office Administrator for our Lebanon, Kentucky cultivation facility. This dual role protects our people, product, and facility while keeping daily administrative operations organized and compliant. It is ideal for someone dependable, discreet, and highly organized who thrives in a strictly regulated environment. This is a full-time salaried position with real room for growth as our operations expand.

$60,000 / year With room for growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor video surveillance, alarm, and access control systems; respond to alerts and keep systems fully operational. Control facility access: verify ID, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and escort visitors in restricted areas. Conduct routine building and perimeter walkthroughs; secure doors, gates, and storage at open and close. Document and report security incidents per Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis requirements. Maintain surveillance footage, access logs, and security records as required by Kentucky regulations. Coordinate onboarding, including background checks and Cannabis Business Employee Agent ID applications. Keep personnel files, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation organized and audit-ready at all times. Support seed-to-sale tracking, recordkeeping, and state inspection preparation alongside cultivation leadership. Manage office operations, including phones, email, scheduling, correspondence, supplies, and vendor coordination. Handle all company, employee, and security information with strict confidentiality; complete other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age (Kentucky cannabis industry requirement). Must successfully pass both a federal (FBI) and state (Kentucky BCI) background check; no disqualifying felony convictions. Must obtain a valid Cannabis Business Employee Agent ID issued by the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis prior to beginning on-site work. Experience in security, loss prevention, law enforcement, military, or office administration strongly preferred. Proficient with computers, email, spreadsheets, and digital records; able to learn surveillance and access software. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with sound judgment, discretion, and strong communication skills. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including routine facility walkthroughs. Must be willing and able to follow strict biosecurity protocols and wear proper PPE in cultivation areas. Reliable, punctual attendance; ability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours incident response. Cannabis industry or regulatory compliance experience is a plus but not required.
