Hybrid-Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

The recruiting coordinator will join a passionate team and help manage candidate relationships and interview coordination. Responsibilities Support recruiters with resume review, candidate screening, and job posting coordination. Manage end‑to‑end interview scheduling (phone, video, onsite), including confirmations, changes, and logistics. Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a timely, positive experience. Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to align schedules, share interview plans, and keep the process moving. Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare basic recruiting status updates and metrics. Support recruiting events and ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and employment laws. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in an HR coordinator, onboarding support, recruiting operations, or customer support within HR. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry (preferred). Processing unemployment claims, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel). Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent reasoning, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HR compliance and labor law. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Education Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Essential Physical Functions Regularly required to talk or hear; stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle objects and tools; reach with hands and arms. Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds. Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus. Pay Range $44,790.00 – $67,185.00 (based on market location, education, responsibilities, experience, and other factors).
