Our Client, an Oilfield Services company, is looking for a Computer Operator Direct for their Houston, TX location.
Responsibilities:
- IT Computer Operator is the person responsible for monitoring and controlling( Company's worldwide organization projects and priorities, load adjustments as require per projects) and batch balancing on all systems, Omega OCM / Cloud software and all computer systems in our company worldwide organization and all other in-house peripheral /software components , and interact with internal and external customers, vendors and support teams, monitor, identify, engage and resolve system alerts, support calls from internal and global omega users.
- Highly proficient with commands, programs, scripts, advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Requirements:
- IT Operator Software Knowledge
- Windows
- Linux
- Communication skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Productivity.
- Documentation skills.
- Problem solving for software and hardware
- Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months related experience or training or education.
