Ground Up PEMB, Prefab Tilt Up, MEP, Commercial Interiors & everything else you can think of. Over 250 projects completed to date. Because of our growth, we are looking for a Construction Superintendent to help with our upcoming backlog of work! What You Will Be DoingProvide comprehensive field oversight on projectsSchedule and manage daily activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion dateManage subcontractors and all on-site personnelLead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standardsWhat You Need for this Position3+ recent years experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor - preferably a commercial construction one. Ability to travel to local project job sites within the Raleigh Durham Area - Must be open to an hour radius around the city for future references. Local Knowledge of Subs & Market is also important.
