Senior Bookkeeper

Job Description Full-Time Bookkeeper, Accounting — On-Site (Minden, NV) A. J. Levin Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and Excel. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry for accounting transactions Draft and maintain financial records and documents Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process vendor payments, invoices, and bank statements Follow up on customer payments and resolve payment issues Handle invoice discrepancies, credit memos, and vendor follow-ups Process payroll and assist with payroll-related entries Perform bank and account reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics (SL preferred) 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping or administrative accounting Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Strong understanding of accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Schedule & Details Job Type: Full-Time Expected Hours: 40/week Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Location: In-person — Minden, NV 89423 Must be willing to relocate or commute prior to starting Benefits Health insurance Supportive, growth-focused workplace Earned Vacation Time #J-18808-Ljbffr A.J.
