Overview Join our dynamic team as a Certified ACLS and CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, where your expertise will empower individuals to respond confidently in emergency situations. Responsibilities Conduct CPR, AED, and First Aid training sessions in accordance with approved certification guidelines (e.g., American Heart Association or Red Cross). Deliver clear, engaging instruction through demonstrations, hands-on practice, and group participation. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and First Aid courses tailored to diverse audiences Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants understand and can perform essential life-saving techniques Assess learner comprehension through practical demonstrations and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills Maintain accurate records of course attendance, certifications issued, and student progress in compliance with regulatory standards Stay current with the latest guidelines and best practices in emergency cardiovascular care and first aid procedures Foster a positive learning environment by utilizing effective communication skills, public speaking techniques, and adult education strategies Skills Current CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. Previous experience teaching CPR or health and safety courses. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead hands-on training and engage participants with different learning styles. Reliable transportation for on-site training when required. Strong teaching abilities with excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex concepts Knowledge of CPR, AED use, first aid procedures, and current certification standards Classroom experience with diverse learner groups, demonstrating adaptability and patience Public speaking skills that inspire confidence and facilitate active participation during training sessions Ability to demonstrate first aid techniques accurately while maintaining a lively, motivational teaching style Join us as a Certified ACLS and CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor to lead impactful training sessions that save lives!
