Job Description The Customer Care Associate (CCA) plays a vital role in the overall success of the organization. The primary role of the CCA is to provide a quality customer experience to all retail customers and increase retail sales. The Primary Duties of the Customer Care Associate are as follows: Customer Service Duties Acknowledge customers upon entering the store Offer assistance as soon as they enter the store Offer current circular or other ad to customer Request assistance as needed from Sales Associates Be aware of current advertised items, programs, and specials Offer related or suggested items to help complete the job Thank each customer and invite them back Offer to assist customer carrying items to their car Process all Retail Transactions Cash, Credit Card, Charge, and Returns Retail Sales Area Maintain the appearance of the store, including the exterior building and retail sales area. Keep the retail sales area properly merchandised, up-to-date, full of product and priced. Wear approved clothing, name badge and meet company standards for grooming and jewelry.
