We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing national title company that is expanding its presence in the Dallas market. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the foundational members of a new Texas office while supporting an established national operation that conducts commercial transactions in more than 30 states. If you're looking for the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value commercial real estate transactions while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance, we'd love to speak with you.Why You'll Love This OpportunityHybrid work environment with significant work-from-home flexibility.Help build and grow a new Dallas office backed by an established national company.Work on high-profile commercial transactions.What You'll Be Working OnManage commercial escrow transactions from opening through funding and closing.Review contracts, title commitments, surveys, lender instructions, and closing documents.Prepare and review Closing Statements, settlement documents, and escrow instructions.Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, brokers, and internal teams throughout the closing process.Balance files and verify all financial information prior to funding.Facilitate funding, disbursement, and recording of commercial transactions.Resolve title and escrow issues while ensuring all closing conditions have been satisfied.Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines, state regulations, and company policies.Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple complex transactions simultaneously.What We're Looking For3–5 years of Commercial Escrow Officer experienceProven experience handling commercial real estate closings from start to finishExperience with high-value commercial transactionsStrong understanding of escrow procedures, title commitments, closing statements, and commercial documentationExceptional organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlinesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with a national teamPreferred QualificationsExperience working with national commercial transactionsExperience coordinating multi-state closingsFamiliarity with institutional lenders, developers, investment firms, or commercial real estate attorneysSchedule & LocationLocation: Dallas, TX or Fort WorthWork Arrangement: Hybrid (significant remote flexibility with the ability to work from the Dallas or Fort Worth office as needed)Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-timeWhy Work Through Workway? Pay Range: $125-$150K Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
