You'll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Welcome fellow employees, patients when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Make appointments for patients and ensure the schedule is current and correct
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
- SPANISH SPEAKING A PLUS
- Exhibits working knowledge and basic computer skills
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
