This is an overnight position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The baker is also responsible for maintaining all areas of production including ovens, production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the bakery cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained. We are seeking someone with the following qualities: Responsible Extremely punctual Self-motivator Clean and Organized The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations. Able to operate restaurant equipment Work well and interacts with others respectfully Respond positively to coaching and feedback Communicate with team members Able to learn and execute multiple tasks Follow brand standards, recipes and systems Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws Maintain clean and neat work environment Being resilient under pressure Hours: Generally overnight 8pm - 5am.
