Bilingual Housing & Employment Case Manager

RCAP Solutions, Inc.

RCAP Solutions, Inc. seeks a Secure Jobs Case Manager to support families facing homelessness by coordinating employment and housing resources. You will assess needs, connect clients to services, and help achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include leading monthly client meetings, conducting assessments, and reporting to funders. Must have 1–3 years in human services and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
