Role Description The Social Media Business Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that support brand growth, drive engagement, and align with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content calendars, planning campaigns, optimizing social media channels, and monitoring performance metrics to guide strategy adjustments. The person in this role will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of El Chilar HF’s products. Additional responsibilities include identifying new social media opportunities, managing community interactions, and preparing regular reports on social performance and insights. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media skills focused on brand-building and audience engagement. Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Content Strategy skills to improve reach, performance, and consistency across platforms. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and professional interaction with online communities. Experience with analytics tools, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making for social media campaigns. Knowledge of current social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing tactics. Ability to work on-site full time in Orlando, FL, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in consumer goods, food industry, or culturally focused brands is beneficial.
