Analyst - Corporate & Specialty Banking

Overview The Analyst supports the CSG Credit Products team and ongoing portfolio management and underwriting activities. This entry‑level developmental role develops skills in credit and market analysis, financial modeling, capitalization, industry research, credit policy, legal documentation, and analysis of the creditworthiness of clients and prospects. Duties & Responsibilities Gather and analyze financial and business information to determine creditworthiness for loan and credit products. Complete financial spreads, risk rating, performance tear sheets, compliance testing, and other portfolio monitoring and maintenance activities. Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies, including financial statement analysis, collateral analysis, financial modeling, industry and business risk evaluation, and management assessment. Conduct industry and market research, distilling key themes and conclusions into concise summary form for presentations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required (Finance, Accounting or related field). FINRA Series 79, 63 or other necessary combination required, or must be obtained within four months of hire. 0–2 years of experience in an underwriting or commercial banking environment. Employment Eligibility Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Workplace Type & Exempt Status Office workplace. Positions may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement combining in‑office and work‑from‑home. This role is exempt from overtime pay. Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $52,000 – $101,000. Actual compensation varies by location, experience, and education. Eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
