Bread Baker – Part-Time

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a dependable and motivated Artisan Baker to join our team. This is a hands-on baking role focused on quality hearth breads in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday & Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Additional hours may be available in the fall

Pay

Starting at $15/hour
Raises available after training and based on performance

Responsibilities

Prepare, shape, proof, and bake hearth breads according to Kneaders recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining artisan quality standards

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to stand for entire shifts
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Committed for a minimum of 6 months
