Now Hiring Executive Director – Detox and Residential treatment facility in the Eastern Shore What You'll Do Provide complete executive leadership to the facility – daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting, etc. Address all staffing needs – hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll, etc., to maintain smooth HR function. Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management. Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process. Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability. Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments. Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts. Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred. Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong time‑management and multitasking skills. Ability to problem solve and think critically. Honest, dignified and respectable character that models recovery principles. Why Join Us?
