Experiencing significant year-over-year growth, the company offers a collaborative environment, a strong reputation for client satisfaction, and a healthy project pipeline fueled largely by repeat business.Job DescriptionProvide senior-level oversight for construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project teams and ensure successful execution of schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Drive project strategy, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple projects simultaneously.Mentor and support project management staff while helping establish scalable processes as the company continues to grow.Collaborate with executive leadership to support business objectives and long-term organizational growth.Oversee projects throughout Massachusetts and, on occasion, Connecticut.Contribute to a wide variety of project types including multifamily, commercial, assisted living, education, renovations, and ground-up construction projects.Manage projects ranging in size up to approximately $60M.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
