Does your project management experience run the gamut from traditional waterfall methodology to an Agile environment? Our Senior Project Manager will be working with multiple teams and projects at once, so a can-do attitude and ability to handle several projects concurrently is a must.As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities would include:Working with business and IT stakeholders to understand the program scope, business objectives, timeline, etc.Strategizing and outlining the goals and objectives of each program/projectOrganizing, planning and monitoring multiple inter-connected projectsDeveloping project charters, high level timelines, resources requirements, etc.Managing the day-to-day key activitiesCoordinating cross-project activitiesManaging issues and risks to minimize impact on programs/projectsAssisting in removing key obstacles that are currently impacting project successEngaging with and presenting to senior management on various program/project topicsReporting to senior management on program/project statusCoaching and mentoring project personnelRequirementsThe ideal candidate for this position would also meet the following requirements:10 years of project management experience10 years of experience in the high-tech field3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment either as a Project Manager or a ScrumMasterAbility to work on multiple programs/projects concurrentlyStrong working knowledge of Microsoft ProjectExperience working independently, as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environmentStrong, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong leadership and organizational skillsPersuasive, adaptable, encouraging, and motivatingAn independent learner and self-starterAn eye for detail but able to see the big picturePrior business analysis experience is a plusA background in financial services is a plus
