With operations across Canada and United States, Bento brings together a dynamic team of people with diverse backgrounds, experience, and talent, to create an exceptional guest experience.Location: Orlando Kitchen Incubator - 10501 S Orange Ave STE 105, Orlando, FL 32824ResponsibilitiesThe Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and sanitation activities within the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food manufacturing facility. This position ensures that equipment, production areas, and facility infrastructure are cleaned and sanitized in compliance with company policies, GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC standards, OSHA regulations, and all applicable food safety requirements.
