Your role is to support bringing Panera warmth to life and to ensure every guest receives the best service. Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Stay on the move – assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Deliver excellent service in every circumstance and serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth. Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 16+ years. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Clear communication skills and the ability to understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of making people smile. Passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for every guest. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and ability to multitask with ease. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
