Patient Service Representative

HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc., 8 Bartles Corner Road, Flemington, NJ Part‑time Shift: Variable Hiring Range: $19.00 - $23.75 hourly Position Summary Provides clerical support for the programs and services associated with the Child Development Center/Pediatric Rehabilitation Program. Primary Responsibilities Completes intakes for Pediatric Rehabilitation and schedules patients. Registers patients in Affinity. Accurately enters Pediatric Rehabilitation charges. Completes all insurance requirements. Maintains patient and treatment statistics. Assists with other clerical support. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred: Certificate and/or Advanced Specialization or technical training in office management. Minimum Years of Experience Required: One to three years secretarial and customer service experience. Preferred: Exposure to a medical facility with experience in appointments, registration, and insurance and office budgets. Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, ability to adjust and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload. Competent use of Microsoft Applications, ability to function independently, ability to problem‑solve effectively, effective communication skills.
