Business Development Specialist Our client, located in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their growing team. Position Summary: Relationship‑based outreach and community partnerships to drive client growth in the Middle TN market. This is not a transactional sales role; the individual will act as a trusted advisor and help grow the client’s footprint. Responsibilities Build and maintain referral partnerships across healthcare and community networks. Conduct outreach via in‑person visits, calls, events, and ongoing follow‑up. Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. Guide families through care options using a consultative approach. Conduct client assessments and recommend appropriate solutions. Manage the full lifecycle from initial inquiry through start of service. Track pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and referral engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to align growth with staffing capacity. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship management. Experience in healthcare, senior services, in‑home health care, or referral‑based industry preferred. CRM experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. Location & Compensation Brentwood, TN (hybrid, field based). Pay: $60,000-$70,000 base + incentive (based on experience).
