The company has thrived as a family business through four generations and has grown to be a market leader and best in class innovator.Position SummaryThe Administrative Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and yard managers, processing transactions at our retail yard facilities. This role includes a strong focus on working directly with customers both by phone and in person. Responsibilities also include purchasing incoming metals, recording weights, and coordinating the shipping and receiving of trucks. The position assists with daily inventory counts and maintains accurate records of receipts for incoming loads and outgoing shipments.ScheduleMonday - Saturday (5-Day: Rotating Schedule)1st ShiftResponsibilitiesAssist with coordination of shipping and receiving of trucksAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls; provide direct communication with drivers and yard personnel ensuring outstanding customer serviceEnforce and contact correct personnel in radiation procedures; assist with resolving radiation issuesMaintain cash and check procedures, incoming mail and deliveries, open and close procedures, and process paperwork/reports as neededWeigh and record trucks in and out, using computers or other scale equipmentPrepare driver's paperwork and invoiceSet up new accounts and place ordersOrganize, verify, and process Bills of Lading according to company standardsQualifications3-5 years of office or administrative related experience requiredAssociate degree in business or related field preferredDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExperience with accounting software preferredExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsProven organizational skills and attention to detailBilingual English/Spanish preferredPADNOS has a rich history of taking care of Team Members, their families and the multiple communities we serve.
