We are a rapidly growing, private-pay specialty practice seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist who is excited to grow alongside an innovative team. What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment for a variety of specialty populations, including:

• Infant feeding and swallowing
• Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges
• Pediatric feeding disorders and picky eating
• Speech sound disorders
• Orofacial myofunctional disorders
• Oral motor and oral function challenges
• Tongue-tie (pre- and post-frenectomy) therapy
• Airway-focused screenings and interdisciplinary care
• Parent and caregiver education

As Part of Our Team, You'll Also

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary referral network including pediatric dentists, ENTs, lactation consultants, orthodontists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and physical therapists
• Participate in weekly mentorship and case review meetings
• Receive specialty training in feeding, myofunctional therapy, oral function, airway, and tethered oral tissues
• Have opportunities to lead workshops, parent education classes, and community events
• Contribute to educational content and practice growth initiatives
• Help shape the future of a growing specialty practice

Qualifications Required

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Virginia SLP License (or ability to obtain before employment)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience or continuing education in one or more of the following:

• Pediatric feeding and swallowing
• Infant feeding and lactation support
• Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy
• Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTS)
• AEIOU
• SOS Approach to Feeding
• Beckman Oral Motor
• PROMPT
• Pediatric dysphagia
• Airway-focused care
