Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in Quincy, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and state/federal regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active California RN License — Must be currently active.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience (SNF or acute care preferred).

• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).

• Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Night Shifts (3 × 12 hours per week)
