job summary:
Operations Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible to receive, verify, and distribute work requests from customers through various work order management systems.

responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and distribute work requests from customers through various work order management systems.
• Manage work orders by entering labor, contract, and material charges, and ensure timely closure of completed work orders.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within the work order management system.
• Handle and process confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience handling customer requests
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries via phone or email
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• CRM experience
• Salesforce experience
