We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus. Essential Duties, include but not limited to: Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans. Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style. Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests. Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards. Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy as well as safety in accordance with company’s consumer privacy policies. Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy. Other duties as assigned.
