Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Company: Americas Factory Built Home / Texas Built Mobile Homes Location: Home base, Seguin, TX (travel required throughout Texas and Oklahoma) 

About Us

Americas Factory Built Home and Texas Built Mobile Homes help families across Texas and Oklahoma find affordable, quality manufactured housing. We operate 11 retail locations, our own manufacturing facility, and a commercial housing division, and we're looking for someone to be the voice of all of it online.

The Role

You'll own the social media presence for our entire operation: 11 retail location pages, our factory page, and our commercial housing page on Facebook, plus our other social platforms. This is a hands-on content role, you'll be on the road, on our lots, in our factory, capturing the homes and the people that make this business work, then turning that into content that brings customers through the door.

This is a traveling position. You will be on the road most weekdays, moving between our locations across Texas and Oklahoma. If you like being out and about instead of behind a desk, this job is built for you. All travel costs are reimbursed or paid for directly by the company.

What You'll Do

• Create original photo and video content at our retail lots, factory, and commercial projects
• Write, schedule, and publish posts across 13 business pages on Facebook and other social platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and route real leads to the right sales team fast
• Grow followers, reach, and engagement across all pages
• Share and cross-promote content between locations to maximize visibility
• Keep branding and messaging consistent across every page
• Track what's working and adjust

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing business social media pages, posting, sharing, messaging, and actively growing an audience
• Comfortable shooting and editing photo and video on a phone or camera
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Punctual and dependable, our teams and customers count on you showing up
• Genuinely doesn't mind weekly travel all over the state
• Strong written communication and a customer-friendly tone
