CMM Programmer

Overview Position: CMM Programmer Location: Union Grove, WI, US Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year Experience: Mid Level Responsibilities Prepare CMM programs per customer specs and evaluate product quality throughout the manufacturing process prior to shipping. Inspect pieces in casting and machining (including a complete layout each time a machining center is set up for production). Inspect casting defects, workmanship, cleanliness, and packaging of products prior to shipment. Create certificates of conformance, material certificates, RoHS certificates, and other test reports required to ship with production orders. Perform internal ISO audits and resolve any problems found. Program, run, and maintain CMM. Qualifications Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience in CMM programming Experience with Roamer and Zeiss equipment Ability to operate CMM and read CMM reports Experience with PC-DMIS software Outstanding analytical and mechanical skills; strong attention to detail Familiarity with Six Sigma Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the manufacturing environment and with customers Great energy, reliability, and teamwork About us We are a 30-year-old US-based manufacturer offering stability, growth, work/life balance, and a great team.
