Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations to join their dynamic team. As a Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations, you will be an integral part of the HR Technology department supporting innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Lead Workday Developer, HCM Integrations Location: Remote Pay Range: $95/hr depending on years of experience What's the Job? Design, architect, and build Workday Extend applications and integrations in the HCM space Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions Contribute to architecture discussions and provide input on integration approach and Extend build patterns Participate in architecture reviews and design discussions to ensure scalable and efficient solutions Support continuous improvement of Workday integrations and applications to meet evolving business needs What's Needed? 5+ years of hands‑on Workday development experience Advanced experience with Workday Extend (custom applications, API integrations) Strong experience with Workday Studio integrations Solid understanding of HCM functional areas (at least one: Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance Management) Strong problem‑solving and technical judgment skills What's in it for me?
