Responsibilities

As a Self Care Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things beauty and wellness! Your charisma and passion will shine as you:

• Consult and Inspire: Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products, empowering them to achieve their beauty aspirations.
• Tanning with a Smile: Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines, ensuring they leave with a radiant glow and an even brighter smile.
• Achieve the Extraordinary: Be a superstar salesperson by surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, unlocking fantastic commission opportunities along the way.
• Create a Blissful Environment: Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring each customer feels pampered and relaxed.

Qualifications

Joining our fantastic team requires a few essentials:

• Passion and Enthusiasm: A high school diploma or equivalent is awesome, but what truly sets you apart is your passion for the beauty industry and your genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
• Age is Just a Number: We welcome candidates aged 18 and above to bring their dynamic personalities to our team.
• Flexibility: With reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, you'll be a perfect fit for our vibrant salon schedule.
• Physical Stamina: Our exciting environment requires you to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Plus, you should be able to lift up to 15 pounds without breaking a sweat.
