Associate Project Manager, Media

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager, Media for a top media & entertainment company hybrid out of their Burbank, CA offices! This position to support marketing operations across brand, International, and additional television titles. This AP3-level temporary assignment will support a high-volume media team managing approximately 10–20 TV show styles across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing operations, post-production, agency, or studio/entertainment experience and be comfortable managing asset and promo delivery workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Pay: $36.00/hrResponsibilities:Manage promo delivery and asset delivery processes across multiple television titles and brands.Track, organize, and coordinate media assets, delivery timelines, approvals, and final deliverables.Partner with internal stakeholders, creative teams, post-production partners, vendors, and cross-functional team members to keep projects moving.Provide coverage and project support for approximately 7–8 team members in a highly collaborative, cross-trained environment.Help support the team as they launch and adopt a new asset management system.Work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain accurate project documentation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.Marketing operations background is required and is a key priority for this role.Prior experience in entertainment, studio, agency, post-production, AV marketing, broadcast marketing, or media asset delivery environments.Experience coordinating promotional assets, trailers, sizzles, digital/social/theatrical videos, localized assets, or similar creative marketing deliverables.Strong understanding of post-production workflows, asset tracking, quality control, final delivery, file management, and vendor/stakeholder coordination.Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with a collaborative team structure.Mac experience required.Highly Preferred Candidate Profile:Candidates with prior Company, or similar entertainment/post-production agency experience would be very strong fits.Ideal backgrounds include Post Production Coordinator, AV Marketing Coordinator, Creative Operations Coordinator, Asset Manager, Finishing Assistant, Localization Coordinator, or Assistant/Associate Project Manager within media, entertainment, or agency environments.Strong candidates should be able to demonstrate hands-on experience with asset sourcing, deliverables tracking, QC, delivery calendars, media workflows, file conversions, video/audio codecs, and external vendor coordination.Experience supporting fast-paced campaign cycles, multiple brands/titles, streaming platform deliverables, studio clients, or marketing trailers/promos is highly relevant.Agency or post-production experience is preferred over candidates whose background is primarily creative performance-focused or who appear to be seeking the role mainly as an entry point into acting or creative networking.Airtable experience is strongly preferred:Comparable collaboration/documentation tools such as SharePoint, Google Docs/Google Workspace, and other project-tracking platforms are relevant.Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, Aspera, Box, FTP platforms, Microsoft Office, Teams, or similar post-production/delivery systems is a plus.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
