Maintenance Manager

Overview Maintenance Manager position in a corrugated packaging facility. The candidate should have experience within a corrugated packaging facility. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of supervisory level experience or higher within the industry. Technical degree in Engineering, with preference to a Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years of Maintenance supervisory experience within a corrugate facility. Responsibilities Provide oversight for the maintenance department, working alongside other department managers to ensure facility success. Oversee the maintenance staff with experience and leadership to ensure a safe working environment, and lead positive change. Institute a safety strategy ensuring facility operational efficiency and effectiveness. Create clear goals for all onsite personnel with sustainable methods to maximize safety planning and implementation. Provide an effective facility maintenance plan, while also providing supervision to staff. Oversee the KPI reporting and delivery to support plant effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications 7+ years of Maintenance supervisory experience within a corrugate facility. Technical degree in Engineering, with preference to Bachelor’s.
